study God’s Word and encourage one another in our daily lives.
Our Sunday School department has classes for all ages, from
preschoolers to senior citizens.

evangelize, challenge and train the youth of the world, through the
local church, by providing Bible-based, Christ-centered weekly club

“Wee” Worship
Under the direction of Lorie Dover, our children’s
church is called “Wee” Worship. This is a church service designed
especially for children ages 3 through kindergarten. They have their
own “church service” downstairs while adults are having worship
service on Sunday mornings. This group is very active in missions
work.

Box of Blessings
Grassy Creek Baptist
Church operates a food pantry called “Box of Blessings”. We believe
it is more blessed to give than to receive. Through this ministry we
attempt to feed the body as well as the soul when we deliver a box of
food items along with a smile and a blessing from the Word of God.

Andrew Ministry
"go ye into all the world..."
The Andrew Ministry is a new outreach program that
officially launched in August 2007. The goal of this ministry is to
point people to Jesus by taking the gospel to where they are.

Prayer Chain
“The
effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”
When an urgent need for prayer is presented, many
people are contacted by telephone. Each one of them begins to pray
for that request until God answers it.

Mission Work
Grassy Creek is actively involved in mission work at
home and abroad. We support many mission projects monetarily as well
as by physically going and helping with building projects, disaster
relief, and evangelism efforts.

Music
We are blessed with many talented musicians who
enjoying sharing their gift with others. We also have a wonderful
choir that leads our worship services, as well as special
presentations. The highlight of the year is always the Living
Christmas Tree; a 27 foot ’tree’ that houses the choir as they bless
our heart through song.

widows and widowers in our church family. It has since expanded to
include anyone over 55. Activities of this group vary from month
to month, but usually involve a day trip, lunch, and others fun
events. |
